School Trends - Update

The school has received a letter from School Trends advising that the company is now under new ownership. 

The company acknowledge that the service provided to parents under the previous administration was totally unsatisfactory and have given an apology for the inconvenience and uncertainty experienced in the last few months.

I have spoken with Tracey Perry, Account Manager and advised that we would continue to use the Company until June to allow the Company time to improve their service.  If the service does not improve then the School would be recommending that a new supplier be sought.
