S4 Leavers Information

Dear Parent/Carer

Please have your child complete the leavers return using the link below by 05/06/20.  Please note that if your child is transitioning to Breadalbane Academy, they should put their Post School Destination as ‘Breadalbane Academy’.

If you are eligible to leave school this summer,  and if you intend to do so on 31/5/20, you are required to complete a school leavers notification form as soon as possible. Please note that you will not be registered formally as a school leaver until this form is fully completed.

This can now be submitted on line by clicking on the link below. This requires to be completed by 05/06/20 See note above

Should you need any guidance to complete, please email pitlochry@pkc.gov.uk and your enquiry will be attended to as soon as possible.

Note: If your candidate number can easily be found, it would be appreciated if you could add this into the form. However, do not delay submitting if this number is not known. Also, on the form you can let us know about any school property (locker keys/books etc) that you may still have and these can be arranged for return at a later date.
